Appointments are typically 50 minutes in length. Telehealth appointments are also available.

There is free parking for up to 3 hours in the Greenway Banks Estate carpark next to the cottage, and also free street parking on Unwins Bridge Road. These are subject to availability and various time restrictions. Please read the relevant signs in the carpark and on the street. The practice is also accessible by public transport, via trains to St Peters station and Sydenham station, the metro to Sydenham station, and buses that stop at Marrickville Metro.
